The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the Marketing/creative team by assisting in content creation, project management, and administrative tasks. Job Description
- Assist the creative team in developing marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Prepare presentation materials for internal and external use.
- Handle administrative tasks, including file management and meeting coordination.
- Help manage social media calendars and schedules.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity and consistency.
- Coordinate with vendors and freelancers to meet project needs.
- Assist in organizing and setting up events or photoshoots.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s or level 5 degree in marketing, design, communications, related field or equivalent.
Experience Requirement
- At least 1 year of experience in a creative support role or similar position.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
Additional Requirements
- Ready to work in a team and in line with the Management instruction as and when required.
- Troubleshoot, test, and analyze ideas to provide the creative solution.
- Eye for typography, composition, layout, color, high-quality production with pixel-level attention to detail.
- Experience with content management platforms.

- A deep sense of developing a BRAND with international standard.

- Develop and maintain design templates, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
